How to Sign a PDF on iPhone for Free

Requesting Signatures

Signing is one thing, but you can also send signing requests. Just click “Invite signees” to get started. Type the person’s name and email address, click “Add,” then “Continue,” drag the signature field to show them where to sign, and click “Review & Send.” If you need multiple recipients to sign one document, you can add them all at once. If you need the same document signed multiple separate times, you’ll need to create individual signing requests for each signee. That way, you end up with one signed copy per signee instead of one document with lots of signatures on it.

Once you’ve invited a signee, they’ll receive an email inviting them to add a signature. They can just click on the link in the email, and they’ll be sent directly to our eSign tool. Once they’re done, you’ll get a notification so you can download the signed file.
